Description
Carlton Fields is seeking an attorney with at least seven years of health care experience (whether in-house, government, or law firm) who has a strong interest and aptitude in health care transactions and regulatory matters. Must have relevant health care regulatory and/or corporate work experience, including prior experience representing hospitals, ASCs, LTACs or large physician groups and familiarity with Federal health care regulatory issues. The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in Florida (but the firm is willing to consider strong candidates seeking to relocate to Florida who are licensed in other jurisdictions), have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, while being able to work independently, on client matters in an environment where drive and client service are valued.
