Hall Render Killian Heath & Lyman is the nation’s largest law firm focused on matters specific to health care organizations.  Hall Render is currently seeking a senior-level health law attorney with 10+ years of legal experience in Medicare/Medicaid Reimbursement Appeals and Litigation as well as related payment and policy matters.  Responsibilities include assisting health care providers with the facilitation and development of Medicare and Medicaid administrative appeals and compliance strategies, as well as representing hospitals and other providers in payment matters before federal and state administrative agencies and in court.  Candidate will be working with numerous health systems, hospital associations, hospitals and other health care providers, counseling them on regulatory changes, payment disputes and the appeals of same, and analysis of reimbursement issues impacting health care organizations.  This position could be staffed in any one of Hall Render’s various office locations, or potential remote work, depending on individual skill set and experience.  Hall Render is willing to consider individuals or attorney groups for this position.
